ARMY Number;
Surname;
Initials;
Rank;
Awards;
MTTV Service;
AREA/S Served AATVV;
Comments;

Also, it would be appreciated if you have details of Team members who have passed on, to relay them to Bruce. See Horse's Mouth Summer 2002-03 for more info.
